This Privacy Policy describes how DNotify Manager ("the App") handles your information. By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Notification Access & Data Processing

DNotify Manager requires "Notification Access" to function. This permission allows the app to listen for incoming notifications and match them against your custom keywords.

Crucial Privacy Commitment: All notification processing happens locally on your device. The app does NOT upload, store, or transmit the content of your notifications to any external servers, including our own.

2. Data Collection

a. Information You Provide

We do not require you to create an account. The only data stored are the "Keywords" and "Tune Selections" you create for your filters. This data is stored locally in an encrypted database on your device and is never shared.

b. Automatically Collected Information

We use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you:

Google Play Services: Required for app functionality.
AdMob: Used to display advertisements. AdMob may use device identifiers to personalize ads.
Firebase Analytics: Used to understand app usage and crashes to improve performance. This data is anonymized and does not contain personal notification content.

3. Permissions Used

Notification Listener Service: To detect keywords in incoming notifications.
Storage/Media Access: To allow you to select custom notification tunes from your device.
Internet: To load advertisements and send anonymized crash reports.

4. Advertising

The App displays ads via Google AdMob. These services may collect and use data about your interactions with ads. You can manage your ad preferences in your Google Account settings.

5. Security

We value your trust in providing us your information. We use commercially acceptable means of protecting your local data, but remember that no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. Changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
